I am 16 years old and has been with plantar fasciitis in both feet for three months and diagnosed will not help. I am stretching exercises, with shoes and was wearing my night splints. Night splints did not feel like they stretch the muscle at all. How long should I go to the doctor because they are waiting in pain?
