What is the best healthy breakfast to kick start your day? - what is myammees weave

is cracked wheat, with a handful of them all - and an apple or a banana with chopped semi - skimmed milk with a healthy breakfast?

I think the best thing is to fill you in mush - it keeps me full for hours!

Porridge with milk ....

I know that sounds strange, but when I get older and my bones are creakier I knew I needed more milk cos when I was younger to add anything, it's not low-fat milk.

Whatever half milk (1 point), over a cup of oatmeal, microwave at full speed for 10 minutes skimmed 2 many good breakfast - of course it is cut in half, all for one. This is the breakfast, which brings me in 12, 7 hours, say, bluntly, and you can have a little sugar, honey, jam or fruit or anything with him! And best of all, there are very few calories compared with cereals can buy!

Oatmeal is a super meal and populates

Super Food is a very healthy food. Or have shredded wheat bran and currants or blueberries, sprinkled top (very healthy superfoods)

This lack of protein, but probably elsewhere. All Bran help.

I breakfast almost every day.

A Smoothie, 1 serving of whey protein (20g protein in real terms), frozen strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries (). A fresh bananas. Then add the cranberry extract.

Often this is enough, but sometimes I have a bran muffin with all the laughing cow on top.

Finally, I have a multivitamin, vitamin D and vitamin C. Vitamin sometimes calcium and magnesium.

Warning: I am not normal, lol.
