No, I've never heard of it. I have heard that contributes to gout.
No Gout is caused by excess uric acid in the blood. The uric acid crystals in the blood vessels and accumulate in the joints. Foods that uric acid can cause gout are shrimp, canned fish, kidney, pancreas, liver, or in some cases, beer and alcohol ... but not oats.
i dont know, but oats are rich in carbohydrates
I do not think oatmeal is good for you, but make sure I talk to a doctor to be sure.
